What is Facilitated Breath Re-patterning (FBR)?
During FBR group journeys, intentional breathing patterns create shifts in blood chemistry that open access to subconscious material—often the patterns and protections that hold us back or lead to burnout.
Emerging research suggests that certain breath rhythms correlate with buffered emotional responses—but when held in safe and intentional containers, these emotions can be fully felt and integrated.
On the other side, it’s common to experience a deep sense of clarity, connection, and even awe.
Physiologically, FBR brings the body into a state of ‘respiratory alkalosis’—a unique window of heightened neuroplasticity. This means the nervous system changes you experience can stick, reshaping how you relate to stress, emotion, and aliveness.
What is Somatic Parts Work?
Somatic parts work invites you to meet the inner cast of characters that live within you—your protector parts, your inner critic, the exiled child, the fierce defender. These parts aren’t problems to fix, but aspects of you that developed for good reasons.
By combining IFS with body-based awareness, we learn to listen not just to what our parts are saying, but to how they feel in the body: the tightening in the chest, the flutter in the belly, the urge to run or collapse.
As you gently build relationships with your parts through movement, voice, touch, and presence, a powerful shift occurs:
You become the leader of your inner system.
From that place of embodied Self, inner conflict softens. What once felt overwhelming starts to make sense. You move from reactivity to compassion. From fragmentation to wholeness.
This work is deeply restorative, creative, and often surprisingly tender. It's not about fixing yourself—it's about reclaiming the wisdom that was always there.
